The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) is a globally recognised qualification aimed at MBA and professionally qualified postgraduates who wish to take their management and professional development to new levels. The UK University DBA programme The programme will appeal to those who wish to gain the highest level of professional qualification available in business and management, by undertaking world-class doctoral study. IELTS score of 6.5 overall with no less than 5.5 in any subcomponent. UK University will also consider applicants who have previously studied at degree level, taught and assessed in English, in what UKVI define as a majority English-speaking country.
Combination of examination, coursework and a supervised independent business research project.
Further research degree i.e. a PhD programme or progressions to career development.

The taught DBA course focuses on advanced strategic
management modules and a research thesis.
Phase One
lasts 12 months and involves four taught, compulsory core
modules, each studied in an allocated three month learning
period –
Phase Two
involves 24 months’ thesis work. You will have at least
one academic supervisor who will provide guidance and
encouragement.

Programme
At the application stage, provide some standard
information about yourself and your past academic
attainments, strengths and performances. Include a
detailed CV with supporting evidences of any work
experience & other activities and training you have
undertaken. Make sure that you provide only true
information and you can support this with documents.
You will require at least two references – it is advisable
to collect them on organisation’s letterhead with
referees’ signatures on it as most of the universities
will ask for these at the application stage rather than
writing to referees at later stage.
